Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Convert2PDF handles information when you use the website and its document tools. It distinguishes between file processing performed in your browser and information handled by the website infrastructure.
Files selected for current tools
The current converters and PDF organization tools are configured for client-side processing. Their application code reads selected files in your browser, creates the result in browser memory and provides that result for download.
The application does not provide a document upload endpoint for these tools, and their processing code does not send document bytes to Convert2PDF servers or to Google Analytics.
- SelectChoose a supported file from your device.
- Process in your browserThe current tool reads and transforms the file locally.
- DownloadSave the generated result directly to your device.
Your browser and device still handle the selected file locally. Browser extensions, managed devices or other software outside Convert2PDF are governed by their own policies.
Server-side processing
No currently published conversion tool is configured for server-side document processing. If a future tool requires an upload, it must be identified before use and this policy must be updated with its purpose, recipients and confirmed deletion rules.
Information the website may receive
- Standard web requests may expose an IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps and diagnostic information to the web server or hosting provider.
- If you email support, the message includes the address and information you choose to provide.
- The site includes Google Analytics code. When that service is allowed to load, Google may receive usage, browser, device and network information according to its own terms and privacy controls.
Do not email confidential document contents unless they are necessary for your support request.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage when its script loads. Convert2PDF event code is designed to exclude filenames, document text, file contents and generated blob URLs. The administrative area also uses a session cookie for authenticated administrators; it is not required to use public conversion tools.

Technical logs and security
The PHP application does not intentionally write selected document contents to application logs. Web-server and hosting logs may contain ordinary request metadata. Their exact provider, retention period and access policy have not yet been documented by the site owner.
Retention and deletion
Files processed by the current tools are not stored by the Convert2PDF application. Generated browser object URLs are temporary and are revoked by the interface when a task is reset; closing the page also ends the browser session.
Support email, analytics data and hosting logs are separate from document processing. Their confirmed retention periods must be supplied by the site owner before this policy is treated as final legal notice.
Third-party services
Google Analytics is the third-party service currently present in the frontend. Hosting, DNS, email and infrastructure providers may also process technical information, but their identities and contractual roles must be confirmed by the owner.
Your choices
You can use browser privacy controls or content blockers to limit analytics technologies. You can also contact us to ask about information supplied in a support conversation.
Contact and changes
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. We may update this policy when the service, infrastructure or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected on this page before affected features are released.
